Service Support Manager (module)

The Service Support Manager module was a module of the mobi.guider ITCS back-office suite (no longer in the Kapsch portfolio). The module allowed traffic control operators to capture and organize the daily operations of the PTO.

In the Service Support Manager module, TCOs could:

  • Capture and organize issues from daily operations into tickets
  • Pick up and handle tickets within the team
  • Handle tickets which are automatically created (based on messages received from drivers/vehicles or based on monitored events)
  • Integrate actions into tickets (e.g. messages, vehicle and driver change, trip cancellation...)
  • Create messages to send to drivers, vehicles and stop displays
  • Design service calls
  • Intervene with emergency alerts
